The product consists of ground organically produced Reishi mushrooms (Ganoderma lucidum). Tea has been for millennia the simplest and most natural form of consuming this and other mushroom species for overcoming various health conditions, distress and chronic or seasonal general weakness. By infusing the mushrooms in boiling water, a wide range of biologically active water-soluble polysaccharides are extracted. Such polysaccharides are nowadays generally recognised and proven in various scientific and clinical studies to be highly effective on humans as well as animals.
Our Ganoderma lucidum tea is produced entirely in the European Union without the use of any chemical or similar preparations according to the principles of organic production. The product does not contain any ingredients of animal origin and is therefore suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Pour three decilitres of boiling water over one teaspoon (3g) of tea, allow it to stand for 10 minutes and then strain.
The recommended daily dose is one to three cups of the tea.
The product can also be consumed mixed with yoghurt, juice or similar refreshments. In this case, the product can be additionally ground in a coffee grinder.
Consuming the whole mushroom is not recommended for people with poor digestion, since the product contains a high amount of dietary fibre, which is difficult to digest.
